Job Description:As a Senior Full Stack Developer at K-LINK, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our cloud communication platform. We are looking for a talented and experienced individual who is passionate about software development, thrives in a collaborative environment, and possesses strong problem-solving skills. As a part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and secure software solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design, develop, and test efficient and scalable full-stack applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
- Implement user-friendly interfaces and optimize front-end components for an enhanced user experience.
- Develop server-side APIs and integrate with external services to deliver seamless communication solutions.
- Identify and troubleshoot software defects and performance bottlenecks.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and proactively contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
- Mentor junior developers and actively participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong focus on both front-end and back-end development.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript (Node.js, React, or Angular) and Python.
- Extensive knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling techniques.
- Hands-on experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) is a plus.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes) will be beneficial.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- A strong portfolio of past projects and contributions to open-source projects would be advantageous.
