The Contact Center platform is intended for use by businesses and organizations for customer service and support. You may use the platform for legitimate business purposes only and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
To use the platform, you must register for an account and provide certain information about your business or organization. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, and for any activities that occur under your account.

The Contact Center platform and all associated content and materials are the property of K-LINK and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use or reproduce any of the content or materials without the express written consent of K-LINK.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Contact Center platform is provided "as is," and K-LINK makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the platform or the information, content, materials, or products included on the platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
K-LINK shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
8. Identification
You agree to identify and hold K-LINK and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the platform, your violation of these terms and conditions, or your violation of any rights of another.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions and your use of the Contact Center platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Singapore without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
10. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
K-LINK reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the updated terms and conditions on our website.
