Job Description:As an Account Executive at K-LINK, you will be a crucial part of our sales team, driving growth in the Vietnam market. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their communication needs, and presenting them with tailored solutions that align with their business objectives. Your strong interpersonal skills, persuasive communication, and strategic thinking will play a pivotal role in closing deals and contributing to the company's success.
- Identify and prospect potential clients in the Vietnam market, focusing on businesses with communication requirements.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers and C-level executives.
- Understand client needs and pain points to present effective and customized cloud communication solutions.
- Collaborate with the technical and support teams to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation of our services.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of our solutions.
- Negotiate and close deals, while meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors' activities to identify business opportunities.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and opportunities to the sales management team.
- Represent K-LINK at industry events, conferences, and networking gatherings.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with at least 3 years of experience in technology or cloud-based solutions sales.
- Strong understanding of the Vietnam market, industry trends, and customer behavior.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Vietnamese and English is required.
